On November 19, 2015, the Evangelical School of Theology Educational Center in Wroclaw, Poland cooperated with Messianic Congregation Beit Lechem to invite Rabbi Dr. Michael Schiffman, a Messianic rabbi from the USA, to speak on the ‘spiritual roots of Christianity’.

Dr. Schiffman is the Executive Director of Chevra USA, a humanitarian organization that feeds elderly Jews, particularly holocaust survivors, in the Former Soviet Union and Israel, as well as mentoring Messianic Leaders in Eastern Europe. It was good to hear the stories that are well known but from a very different perspective. During the course of the meeting, the audience understood better the interrelations of the Old and the New Testaments with the intertestamental period of time and references to our world today. There was also music from the Wroclaw Gospel Choir and the entire evening was an enjoyable and enlightening experience.
