Today, we witness Russia’s military assault on Ukraine, which is against international law. In the face of the tragic situation, the Evangelical School of Theology community expresses their complete solidarity with the victims of this act of aggression and their firm condemnation of the aggressors.

As Christians, we believe that the world’s fate does not lie in the hands of the most potent dictators but in the hands of the One who gave His life for every one of us. Therefore, we turn to Him in prayer for peace in Ukraine.

We have a particular concern for our Ukrainian students and graduates in this challenging situation. We assure you that our Ukrainian friends in Ukraine and Poland can rely on our support and assistance. 

We call on all people of goodwill to get involved in helping the victims of this attack.
