On Monday, November 18, 2024, Wrocław hosted the extraordinary Four Denominations’ Concert. EST had the honor of co-organizing this remarkable event.
The concert took the audience on a unique musical journey through four historic venues: the Orthodox Cathedral, the Church of the Paulines, the White Stork Synagogue, and the Evangelical-Augsburg Church of Divine Providence. Each location featured performances representing one of Wrocław’s faith traditions, delivered by distinguished choirs, including Cantores Minores Wratislaviensis, the Choir of the Orthodox Cathedral, the White Stork Synagogue Choir, and the Vita Nova Choir.

Enhancing the experience, texts by Dietrich Bonhoeffer, a renowned theologian and advocate for ecumenical dialogue, were presented by Wrocław’s acclaimed actor, Robert Gonera. The evening concluded with a powerful joint rendition of Handel’s “Hallelujah” from Messiah.
